Yes. With pay once, ownership transfers after final payment. With pay monthly, ownership transfers after the initial 12-month term has been completed.
What happens after the first year?
Pay-once customers can renew Starter hosting and care from €99 per year or Pro hosting and care from €149 per year. Monthly plans continue at their normal monthly rate until cancelled with 30 days’ notice after the initial term.
Is the domain registered to me?
Yes. The domain is registered using the customer’s ownership details. The included allowance applies to a standard new domain registration and any amount above the allowance is agreed before purchase.
Do you write the website content?
You provide the business information, services and photographs. Light editing and formatting are included. Full copywriting and logo design can be quoted separately.
Will you put my business on Google Maps?
We can create or optimise your Google Business Profile and help connect it with the website. Google controls verification and placement, so approval or a particular ranking cannot be guaranteed.
How does payment work?
Pay-once projects begin with a 50% deposit and the balance is due after approval, before launch. Monthly projects begin after the setup payment and require a 12-month initial term.
